We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of services.
User Responsibilities
As a user of our services, you agree to:
- Accurate Information: Provide accurate, complete, and current information when booking services.
- Legal Documents Only: Submit only legitimate, legally obtained documents for processing. We do not process fraudulent, forged, or illegal documents.
- Authorization: Confirm that you have the legal right and authorization to submit documents for processing.
- Timely Communication: Respond promptly to our requests for additional information or clarification.
- Compliance: Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
- No Misuse: Not use our services for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws.
Ordering & Booking
When you book a service with us:
- Booking Confirmation: Your booking is considered a request, not a binding contract, until we confirm acceptance and provide service details.
- Service Scope: The scope of services is defined by what is explicitly stated in your booking confirmation. Additional services may incur extra fees.
- Processing Time: Estimated processing times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to third-party authorities, document complexity, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Document Accuracy: You are responsible for the accuracy of information in documents you provide. We are not liable for errors in client-provided information.
- Cancellation: Cancellation policies are outlined in our separate Refund Policy.
Payments & Fees
- Pricing: Service fees are quoted at the time of booking and are subject to change without notice for new bookings.
- Payment Terms: Payment is required before service processing begins, unless alternative arrangements are made.
- Taxes: Prices may or may not include applicable taxes depending on your jurisdiction. Taxes will be clearly indicated during checkout.
- Third-Party Fees: Additional fees charged by government authorities, courier services, or other third parties are the responsibility of the client.
- Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website. All transactions are processed securely.

- Documents you submit remain your property. We claim no ownership over client documents.
Limitation of Liability

- Indirect Damages: DocumentSphere shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
- Third-Party Actions: We are not liable for decisions made by government authorities, courts, or other third parties based on documents we process.
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, etc.).
- Maximum Liability: Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

- Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity
- Failure to provide required information or payment
- Actions that may harm other users or our business
Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Bradford, United Kingdom.
For users in the European Union, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable EU or national law.
